To Whom It May Concern,

To further expand academic influence, strengthen exchanges and cooperation, and consolidate scientific research achievements, the 2025 5th International Conference on Reliability Science and Engineering of Complex Systems will be held in Beijing, China, from October 17-18, 2025. The conference is hosted by the Chinese Institute of Command and Control (CICC), co-organized by the CICC Technical Committee on Reliability Systems Science and Engineering, Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University, the School of Reliability and Systems Engineering of Beihang University, the National Key Laboratory of Reliability and Environmental Engineering Technology, and other organizations.

The Conference will feature keynote lectures, paper presentations, interactive panel discussions, and technical exhibitions, focusing on the theme of Reliability for AI & AI for Reliability (R4AI & AI4R)”. The articles are only used for conference communication, and there will be no conference proceedings published. We cordially invite experts, scholars, engineers, and industry professionals in related Technological fields worldwide to submit original research papers and participate in discussions.

2. Submission Requirements

1.Papers should highlight originality, academic contributions, and application value. Submissions must not involve state or institutional secrets.

2.Authors must submit via the CICC submission system (http://tg.c2.org.cn), select the conference, register, and upload a Confidentiality Review Certificate (sealed, scanned, in image or PDF format).

3.Papers may be full papers, short papers, or extended abstracts, in either Chinese or English. Published journal papers not previously presented at academic conferences may be submitted with an extended abstract (~1000 words) and the published full text attached.

4.Abstracts must include both Chinese and English versions (objectives, methods, results, conclusions). Length limits: less than 1000 Chinese characters, less than 1000 English words.

5.Manuscripts will not be returned, regardless of acceptance. Authors should retain copies of their work.

4. Fees

The registration fee for this conference is RMB 2,200 per person for members of the Chinese Institute of Command and Control, RMB 2,000 per person for non-members, and RMB 800 per person for students.
